My background is in working for the New York office of a major international law firm, subsequently for a smaller law firm in Orange County, and now running my own law practice in Los Angeles (at first individually and now with a team of lawyers). My diverse experiences in these positions enhance my ability to best advise my clients in the various stages of their operations and growth. My professional commitment is to provide the legal and practical guidance that would allow businesses and nonprofits to thrive at their maximum potential. I am also a mediator and facilitator certified through the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office Dispute Resolution Program. I have mediated quite an interesting variety of cases and have facilitated dialogues throughout Los Angeles County on issues relevant to the community.
